You can now easily collect reviews by sharing a unique URL that links to a page where a guest can post feedback.

2a. Log in to your account at www.flipkey.com/users/login.

2b. Find your property’s unique ID number. Refer to the image below to identify where you will locate your unique property ID for each of your properties.

2c. Input the unique property ID number into the following URL: www.flipkey.com/o/ID. In the above example, the review link for this property is: http://www.flipkey.com/o/116954.

Congratulations! Now that you have incorporated your property ID number into our review invitation URL, you have created your very own customized review URL, specific to your property.
1. After clicking on the property’s unique review URL or the ‘Write a Review’ button on your property detail page, guests will be directed to a page on which they can fill out a form to leave a review.
2. After submitting a review, a guest is sent an email to verify their email address. The email the guest will receive will look like the image below:

3. Once the guest confirms the email address, you will then be sent an email alerting you of your new guest review.
1. You will receive notification about your reviews via email.
2. You will also receive an alert in your dashboard if you have a new review pending approval. This alert can be ignored but will display whenever a new review is added to the ‘Pending Reviews’ tab.
The review will not be published until you, the property owner, personally verify that the reviewing guest did stay at your property. If you do not verify a guest review within 7 days of receiving it, the review will automatically be published.
1. Log into your account at www.flipkey.com/users/login.

2. Click on ‘Guest Reviews’ in the left hand side of your Dashboard page and then click on the ‘Approve Reviews’ link.

3. Simply click on the green ‘Approve’ button. You can approve all pending reviews in one click using the ‘Approve All Reviews’ button. After 24 hours, newly approved reviews will disappear on the ‘Approve Reviews’ tab of your account and begin to display under the ‘Manage Reviews’ tab on your account.

1. Click on the ‘Deny’ button next to the pending review.

2. You can deny a review for the following reasons:
- A review was left for the wrong property. Owners will then be prompted to re-map the review to the correct property and approve the review.
- The guest did not actually stay at your property but tried to leave a review. In this case, the review is "rejected." Once rejected, the review will not be published.
FlipKey sends an email on your behalf and your guest just clicks on the link within the email to write a review. Here’s how to get started:
1. Log into your account at http://www.flipkey.com/users/login/.

2. Click on ‘Guest Reviews’ on the left side of your Dashboard page.

3. Click on the ‘Collect Reviews’ tab.

4. Click on the ‘Invite Guests’ button.

5. Input your past guests’ information (name, email & date of stay). To add additional guest's details, click on 'Add another guest' on the bottom left.

6. Once you’re done, hit the green 'Send Review Requests' button.

7. Once you've clicked through to send the review request, a customized email will be sent to each guest asking them to review your property. Please note that the email addresses you provide will only be used to collect reviews for your property as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Anyone who has stayed in your home can leave a review on FlipKey and TripAdvisor!
Inviting past guests to leave a review, even if they booked elsewhere, is an easy one-step process. A guest who booked through another listing site, your personal website, or a loyal guest who stayed at your property can add a review. You can ask as many guests as you'd like. Sending invitations to repeat guests who stayed in your home is a great way to get started. We understand that your guests may have left reviews elsewhere. That’s okay! You can explain to your guest that you are newly advertising on FlipKey and TripAdvisor and that their positive feedback would be greatly appreciated.
