How payment works

We make paying for your FlipKey account easy. This is how it works:

• All accounts migrate to a monthly subscription plan after the free trial if no changes are made (cancellation or upgrade).
• Accounts do not automatically roll into the annual subscription. You must upgrade in your account.
• Subscriptions are charged on auto-renewal billing. You’re automatically billed on each renewal date.
• Major credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover are accepted.
• All amounts are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars. FlipKey is not responsible for currency conversions.
• You can cancel your account at anytime.

Can I pay extra to be listed at the top of the search results?

Users are not able to pay extra to feature their property(s) at the top of the search results.  You can easily increase your property’s exposure with a few simple tips and tricks.

 

Does FlipKey charge commission?

We do not charge any commission fees. The only charge to list on FlipKey and TripAdvisor is a monthly or annual subscription fee.

 

Applying a promo code to your subscription

1. Log into your account at http://www.flipkey.com/users/login.

 

 

2. Go to ‘Account’ located on the left hand side of your screen.

 

 

3. Click on the ‘Learn More’ button at the top of the screen.

 

 

4. Your current account details and billing information will be visible.  To apply your promo code, simply click ‘Redeem a gift certificate or code’ button. 

 

 

5.  Add your promo code in the box and click ‘Apply.’ Your subscription information will update accordingly.

 

 

6.  FlipKey will apply your promo code immediately.  Review your new subscription plan and click on  ‘Upgrade To Annual Plan'  to confirm the discount.

 

 

7. When you are asked to confirm your request, click ‘OK’ to upgrade.

 Your promo code has been successfully applied to your FlipKey account!
