1. Log into your account at http://www.flipkey.com/users/login/.

2. Go to ‘Account’ on the upper left hand side of your screen.

3. Go to the ‘Billing’ tab and click ‘Update Credit Card Information.’

4. Input your billing address and credit card information and save your listing!

2. Go to ‘Account’ located on the left hand side of your screen.

3. Click on the ‘Learn More’ button located at the top of the screen.

4. You will see information specific to your account and billing information. Click on ‘Upgrade To An Annual Plan.’

5. When you are asked to confirm your upgrade request, click ‘OK’ to upgrade. Your credit card will be charged immediately.

3. Go to the 'Billing' tab to easily view the following information about your subscription:

Need an invoice? Please provide the account email address and any important Tax ID’s or company information that should be included on the receipt.
We send email reminders prior to subscription adjustments so that customers are aware of the upcoming changes that will be occurring in their account.
Your account will never expire since all monthly and annual subscriptions are automatically renewed. A property listing becomes inactive only when an account is canceled or if a scheduled payment is not processed successfully.
