To edit your billing information

1. Log into your account at http://www.flipkey.com/users/login/.

 2. Go to ‘Account’ on the upper left hand side of your screen.

 3. Go to the ‘Billing’ tab and click ‘Update Credit Card Information.’

 4. Input your billing address and credit card information and save your listing!

To upgrade to an annual subscription plan

1. Log into your account at  http://www.flipkey.com/users/login.

2. Go to ‘Account’ located on the left hand side of your screen.

3. Click on the ‘Learn More’ button located at the top of the screen.

4. You will see information specific to your account and billing information. Click on ‘Upgrade To An Annual Plan.’

5. When you are asked to confirm your upgrade request, click ‘OK’ to upgrade. Your credit card will be charged immediately.

To view your order history

1.  Log into your account at www.flipkey.com/users/login.

2.  Click on the ‘Account’ section in the upper left hand side of the screen.

3.  Go to the 'Billing' tab to easily view the following information about your subscription:

  • status of the account
  • next billing date
  • current property count
  • subscription plan
  • subscription price

Need an invoice?  Please provide the account email address and any important Tax ID’s or company information that should be included on the receipt.

 

Will I be reminded of my expiration date

We send email reminders prior to subscription adjustments so that customers are aware of the upcoming changes that will be occurring in their account.

  • Monthly Subscribers. We send an email reminder 7 days prior to the end of your free trial with the option to continue your listing on a monthly or annual subscription plan.  FlipKey also sends out a confirmation email once the initial transaction has been processed at the end of the free trial. Active subscribers will not continue to receive email reminders for each additional monthly charge.
  • Annual Subscribers.  An email reminder will inform you of your next billing date.

 

What happens to expired listings?

Your account will never expire since all monthly and annual subscriptions are automatically renewed.  A property listing becomes inactive only when an account is canceled or if a scheduled payment is not processed successfully.
