I am having trouble updating my credit card information

To Successfully Process your Credit Card and Billing Information:

  • Try creating an account using a different credit card. We do not capture the information provided so you don’t have to worry about having multiple cards on file.
  • Create your account using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. We only accept credit or debit cards with 15 or 16 digits.
  • Use Internet Explorer 7 (or higher) or Firefox to create your FlipKey account.
  • Verify the credit card number, billing address, and phone number.  If the billing addresses or phone number does not match the credit card information than it will not go through successfully.
  • If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please input your address without any punctuation: “Po Box #”
  • Check with your credit card company to make sure there has not been a hold put on your account. Many banks have high security and you may need to verify FlipKey as a trusted provider.
