1. Advertise on FlipKey and TripAdvisor today! Enter the required information to create a username and password.  Then click on the ‘Continue Sign Up’ button.

 

2.  Enter your billing address and credit card information. Apply your unique promo code in the box to the right of your credit card information to take advantage of our free trial. 

3. Click on the ‘Create My Account’ button. You will be prompted to build your property listing(s).

To list 20 properties or fewer, begin by simply creating a username and password and then email us at memberservices@flipkey.com with your username and we’ll let you know what else we need to create your listing.  It’s a quick and easy process and we will have your listings up and running in no time.

Advertising more than 20 properties?

Advertising 20 properties or less?  

You can advertise as many as 20 properties under your account on the free trial program. After the free trial, take advantage of our bulk volume discount rates that range from 10% to 50%.

Quick Tip! After the free trial, your account will automatically roll into our monthly subscription plan.  Our monthly subscription gives customer’s the flexibility to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at anytime.

 

Requirements for listing activation

In order for a property to be listed on FlipKey we require the following:

• Photographs
• Rates
• Property description
• Property title

 

Although you can edit your listing at any time, we encourage you to spend some time creating a high quality FlipKey listing from the start. Promoting a property listing with excellent content and detailed information will significantly improve the quality of your inquiries – and boost bookings!

Our content experts recommend that each property include the following:

• 8+ photographs
• 500+ characters in the description
• 20 amenities
• An updated availability calendar and rates
• An accurate map
• A detailed owner profile
• A descriptive and informative property title
• A YouTube video of your property

Does my property qualify to list on your site?

FlipKey is a marketplace exclusive for vacation rental properties. Since we want to make sure that all of our customers benefit from listing with FlipKey and TripAdvisor, we have outlined the qualifications below:

 

• Each property must qualify as a self-catering unit which includes a kitchen, living space, bedroom, and bathroom. All properties must have a permanent oven and sink installed in the kitchen in order to be considered a self-catering unit. 

• Owners/Managers are required to promote one property per listing to ensure quality inquiries.

• All advertised rentals must be fully-furnished.

• Services such as tours, charters, or all inclusive packages are prohibited from advertising on FlipKey.

• Each property must only be available for short term rentals. We do not advertise long term rentals or properties for sale.

• Times shares, tents, boats, motor homes, resorts, motels, hotels, hostels, guest houses, campsites, and rooms-for-rent are prohibited from advertising.
