The traveler rating, which displays on all reviewed accommodations on TripAdvisor, is not just a straight average of your individual guest reviews. The traveler rating is based on a summary score of the quality, quantity, and age of each traveler review.

As the number of positive reviews increases, the traveler rating will adjust accordingly to display a higher rating. Travelers will still be able to read each of your positive reviews and see the specific review score.
