Forgot your username and password?

 1. Go to www.flipkey.com/users/login, input your username and click the ‘Forgot your Password?’ prompt.

 2.  We'll send you an email with a link to access your account and reset your password.

Changing your password in your account

1. Log in at www.flipkey.com/users/login.

2. Click the ‘Account’ tab on the left hand side of your screen.

3.  Click on ‘Change Password.’

 4. Enter your old password. You will then be prompted to confirm the new password.

Changing your login email address

You cannot change your login email address within your account.  Please contact us at memberservices@flipkey.com and we can easily update your login information for you.
