All about owner profiles

Information found in an owner’s profile includes:

• A short description and photo of yourself, the owner or manager.
• Owner/manager display name
• Payment options
• Renting history
• Language proficiency
• Facebook and Twitter links
• A personal website link
• A YouTube video of your home(s)
• Aggregated reviews collection stats and the star ratings
• If listing more than one property, all of your listings.

On FlipKey, the owner profile displays when clicking on the owner/manager name in the Contact Owner section:

On TripAdvisor, the owner profile displays when clicking the owner/manager name in the Email Owner box.

To edit your owner profile

1. Log into your account at www.flipkey.com/users/login

2. Click on the ‘Account’ link on the upper left hand side.

3. Click on the orange ‘Edit Profile’ button to edit your profile information.

4. To edit your owner profile photo, click the ‘Upload Photo’ button. Remember, your photo must be in JPG, GIF, or PNG format and must be 5MB or less. For more information about how to add photos click here.
