To edit your listing

1. Log into your account at http://www.flipkey.com/users/login/.

2. Click on ‘Edit Listing.’

3.  Use the tabs on the top to easily navigate the edit listing process. Click on the desired section to make changes to your property listing.

Use the image below as a guide to update your property listing information:

 

1.  To edit your property title, click here.

2.  To edit info under ‘Manager’s Info’ tab or your display name, click here.

3.  To collect reviews, click here.

4.  To edit your contact information or inquiry preference, click here. 

5.  To edit your property listing, click here.

Finding your property on FlipKey

1. The search box on FlipKey encourages users to search for properties by city, state, region, or country. Matching destinations will auto-populate in the search box.

 

2. Travelers can search for a rental using a world map or through the ‘browse by destination’ function. This allows a user to look for properties within a broad area and then narrow their search based on interest.

3. We display a selection of properties running special offers. Travelers can easily browse through homes with unique deals directly from the homepage.

 

Quick Tip! Travelers often use search filters to browse through properties that best fit their specific rental needs by narrowing down search results using the following criteria:

• Manager Type
• Property Type
• Suitability (Pets, Wheelchair Access, Smoking, etc)
• Reviewed Properties
• Properties with Special Offers
• Bedroom Count
• Sleep Count
• Price (Per Day, Week, or Month)
• Dates Available
• Bathroom Count

Your unique property links on FlipKey and TripAdvisor

FlipKey provides all owners with a direct link to their property(s) on both FlipKey and TripAdvisor.

To link directly to your property listing on FlipKey:

1.  Log into your account at www.flipkey.com/users/login.

2.  Click on the 'view listing' link underneath your property's thumbnail image in your dashboard. This will open a link to your active property listing in a new window.

Quick Tip!  Each property advertised on FlipKey can be easily accessed directly from the FlipKey homepage by simply adding the unique Property ID to www.flipkey.com/. Simply input the unique Property ID in the following link to pull up a FlipKey property:  www.flipkey.com/PropertyID

 

To link directly to your property listing on TripAdvisor:

1.  Log into your account at www.flipkey.com/users/login.

2.  Click on the link marked ‘TripAdvisor: Active.’

3.  A unique URL will display. This is the link to your property listing on TripAdvisor.
