To downgrade your account


1.   Go to our ‘Contact Us’ form: http://www.flipkey.com/Pages/contact_form

2.   Please complete the form by providing the email address that you use to log into your account.  Within the “Message Description” section please indicate which specific properties you would like deactivated from your account.  You can do this by supplying the title(s), property ID number(s), or FlipKey URL(s).

3.  A representative from our Customer Care team will process your request within two business days and send you a confirmation email once your account has been successfully downgraded.  Your subscription will be appropriately adjusted based on the day that you submitted your request.

FlipKey Quick Tip.pngQuick Tip!  Adjusting your account will likely change your pricing plan.  Prior to downgrading, please take a look at our subscription plan so you know how much you will be charged moving forward.  If you are currently on an annual subscription plan and choose to remove one or more properties from your account, you will not be refunded a pro-rated amount.




How To Cancel your Account

We're sorry that you want to cancel your account. If you've had specific problems with FlipKey, we would like the opportunity to resolve those issues before you go.  Please contact us and an Owner Services Specialist will work with you to resolve those issues. We love our customers and we'll do everything we can to help.


1.  To deactivate your account, log into your dashboard at www.flipkey.com/users/login and click on the ‘Account’ tab on the left side of the page.

2.  In the account tab, you will see a link under your subscription information to cancel your account. Simply click on the 'Cancel' link.

FlipKey Quick Tip.pngQuick tip!  If you are currently on a monthly subscription plan, you will not be able to reactivate your account on this plan.  Reactivating your account at a future date will require you to subscribe to an annual subscription plan.



 3.  You will be prompted to provide feedback about why you have chosen to cancel. Your opinion of our service is very important to us and helps us improve the service for other customers. Simply use the drop-down box to state your reason for canceling and provide more detailed feedback under the 'Cancellation Details/Feedback' section.

 4. We are sorry to see you go. A confirmation page will verify that your cancellation request has been successfully processed and you will not be charged again.  Within an inactive account, you will have access to the management tools, which include the guest reviews platform and website publishing tools.  However, your properties will no longer receive promotion on FlipKey or TripAdvisor.  You can reactivate your account at any time by logging into your account.
